Our two core DJ's are professional musicians - percussionists who have studied dance. We are passionate about the broader culture, as such, we have and continue to attend a diverse range of festivals & live shows. We honour the history and roots of our music, whilst also being excited about the influences of modern sound production.
We specialise is world music, of which we compliment with modern influences from genres such as House Music, Techno, Hip Hop, Funk and Breakbeat. Plus a discerning selection of music from other less known underground genres.

DJ ZOEY SUTRA
Zoey is a multi-disciplinary artist, with music being an ever present in her life and a primary form of her expression. A global traveller, Zoey has traversed the world studying and performing Music Production and Vocals in New York, San Francisco and Bali. Whilst she continued to deepen her knowledge of West African Music by completing numerous drum and dance intensives in Ghana, Africa.
As a DJ, Zoey specialises in combining infectious rhythms of Afro and World House, Deep dirty Basslines of Tech House with uplifting melodies, her music has been described as "Clean and High Vibe" and “Like being in a Berlin or New York club".
She has been a regular at Ecstatic Dance and has recently emerged as a powerhouse one woman act: combining her skills as a DJ with Live Percussion and Vocals into a feature performance.
D' TROPICAL FUNK MERCHANT
Subscribes to the motto - A good underground DJ plays the music you didn't know you wanted to hear.
D' Tropical Funk Merchant, opens with a selection Tropical Styles such as Reggae, Dancehall, Soca, Reggaeton, Hip Hop, Afrobeat, Samba and Salsa/Timba.

World Beat grooves finding the tempo into Funky Breakbeat & House Music of the tribal & Funked up variety. Our world class percussionists accompany our DJ'S - crafting a deep aural vibe.
